Your organisation may invite you by email or provide an onboarding link. Open the invitation, verify your details, create your password and complete the required profile information.

Already registered? Use Sign in and select “Forgot password” if needed.

Dashboard content depends on your role and permissions. You may see payroll, payment, invoice, workforce or activity information relevant to your account.

1. Open People or Users.
2. Select Add user.
3. Enter the required personal and work information.
4. Assign the correct role, department and permissions.
5. Review the information before sending the invitation.

Users with the appropriate permission can use Bulk User Creation. Download the template, complete the required columns, upload the file and review validation results before creating accounts.

Open Payslips, select the relevant record and use its Download or PDF action. Access depends on your organisation role and the record’s visibility.

Contact your organisation’s payroll or finance administrator first. WorkCentro displays information supplied or approved by the organisation.

1. Open Payments and select Make payment.
2. Choose the payment type and recipient.
3. Enter the payment details and review the summary.
4. Confirm only after checking the amount, recipient and source.

A payment may be delayed by a bank, payment processor, compliance review, network issue or incomplete account information. Check the status before retrying to avoid a duplicate payment.

Open Payments, locate the completed transaction and use its receipt or download action. Pending or failed transactions may not have a final receipt.

1. Open Invoices and select Create invoice.
2. Enter the customer, purpose, amount and applicable charges.
3. Review the customer-facing total.
4. Save or submit according to your approval workflow.

Use the invoice’s public link or sharing action. Customers can review the invoice, download its PDF and pay online where payment is enabled.

Partial payments are available only when enabled for the invoice. The public payment page shows the permitted minimum, maximum and remaining balance.

A remittance service represents a contribution or payment category your organisation tracks or processes, such as a statutory, benefit or third-party obligation.

Completion may depend on approval, payment settlement or confirmation from the receiving service. Check the transaction history before retrying.

• Confirm that you are using the email connected to your account.
• Use Forgot password to request a new reset link.
• Check whether your organisation deactivated or suspended access.
• Contact support if the reset link expires or never arrives.

Change your password, sign out of shared devices and email [email protected] with the affected account, approximate time and a description. Never send your password, PIN or one-time code.
